Why does my acne grow immune to all acne treatments after like 5 days?

I%26#039;ve tried benzoil peroixde, tea tree oil, vinegar, and others, and they all seem to work great for like 5 days, then the acne just comes back, maybe even worse than before! any advice?|||Theres a drug called Roacutane that is the magical cure for all acne.
