Is cleocin T safe for acne treatment?

I started using this product back in March to treat my acne..but stop for a period of 2 to 3 months...started today again but then i read to warning on the box...yikes...|||The problem with the warnings on the box is that they make the medicine sound scarier than it probably is. The medicine wouldn%26#039;t be allowed on the market if the benefit wasn%26#039;t believed to be more than the risk. The warnings mean to be helpful, but those warnings consist of everything that happened to one of the patients in the clinical trials before the drug came to market, whether the drug caused it or not. (Ever notice that headache medicines list headache as a side effect?) If you notice that the acne is getting worse when you use it or if one of the side effects the box warns you about happens, stop taking it and let your doctor know right away.
