Uhh... no.
At least not that I have ever read/seen/heard. (Not that that necessarily means anything.) :) Lactobacilli and its various related friends are becoming more and more popular to use for a whole list of diseases, but it has been shown to be helpful in reproducible clinical trials in only a few. Acne is unfortunately not anywhere on that list. Most the problems that are on the list are related to the digestive system as the most common means of getting the bug in your system, and indeed only means I know of as of now, is through swallowing a small amount of them. This works well as lactobacilli are generally quite content living in the lower digestive tract. The skin, however, they are not so accustomed to so even if they could be applied to the face it is unlikely they%26#039;d last there very long.
Perhaps you%26#039;re on to something, though. Just because it hasn%26#039;t been seriously tried doesn%26#039;t mean it wont or can%26#039;t work. As of now, however, there%26#039;s no evidence to show it%26#039;ll do much of anything for you let alone your face.
There is always the placebo affect, though!
