Question about acne treatment?

so i got neutrogena wipe pads and an acne wash and it kinda worked at getting my acne out but it left my skin really rough almost like burnt and it kinda feels dry. Can anyone help me out or have any advice on how to make my skin look a little better or should i just stop using them?|||lotion....
