Diet free of pork, beef, dairy, alcohol.
More fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Do not over scrub or over wash your skin as it would produce more sebum causing breakout more often.
Abstaining from artificial sugar.
Excercise in moderation.

I know it%26#039;s hard but you will have to follow this regimen until you see good improvement.
Never cover a pimple it will just become more red and big.
