Any acne products that contain salicylic acid and/or benzoyl peroxide can help with acne too.


Drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet full of fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Avoid foods high in sugar and fat (i.e. desserts, junk food, etc.).
