Hi, I what is the best acne treatment. I have tried everthing u can think of and wasted so much money help!?

Because of new birth control and out of control hormones my face was horrible. My face looked like I had chicken pocks. I found that anything with benzoyl peroxide burned my skin very badly and salicylic acid didn%26#039;t work. I was desperate, and depressed.

I started washing with Cetaphil antibacterial bar soap for sensitive/dry skin twice a day. (Dermatologists swear by this gentile yet effective brand.) Even though I have oily skin, it worked really well at killing any bacteria on my skins surface...and its super gentle. For on the spot treatment I used The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil blemish stick- or any brand will do. Its antibacterial without over drying. Once my zits started getting under control I switched to Cetaphil cleanser in the pump, for oily skin to keep balance. Also, its important to moisturize with a lotion. It doesnt need to be oil free, as not ALL oil is bad for your skin. Your skin needs moisture. Just make sure its not comedogenic (won%26#039;t clog pores.) I use Aveda All Sensitive moisturizer. Its pricey but at $30 one bottle lasts like 10-13 months.

Within 3 days my acne was clearing up and my skin was appearing smoother. Just be patient. I think when you use so many chemical ingredients- acids, dyes and fragrances, your skin can get way off balance. Sometimes your skin has to work twice as hard to keep moisturized when its introduced to tons of overdrying ingredients. The skin will pump out twice as much oil, causing more breakouts. Make sure youre using a light moisturizer at night after you wash to repair and hydrate. And try and keep your pillow cases clean, changing every few days.

Good luck.|||Most acne products only treat the symptoms and not the source. They even make your skin dry, sensitive. Prolonged use can even lead to premature aging and other health issues.

The main causes of acne is toxins build up in the body and clogged pores caused by excessive oil and deadskin cells. These provide a fertile ground for acne to spread and thrive.

The most effective acne products fight acne from inside the body as well as outside on the skin. They should also contains natural ingredients since they%26#039;re more safer to use and has less side effects.

There are also things you can do at home to get rid of acne. Take actions to detoxify your body and take care of your skin and soon, you will permanently end your acne and have clear, radiant, beautiful skin!

For the next couple of weeks, stick to the regimen below:

-Drink a glass of warm water with lemon and honey in the morning and evening

-Drink lots of water throughout the day to flush out the toxins

-Drink at least 3 cups of green tea a day - green tea contains antibacterial properties to kill the acne bacteria

-Try to do some cardio exercise so you can sweat out all the toxins.

-Do meditation and deep breathing for 15 minutes a day as these exercises help to relieve stress and eliminate toxins.

-Eat as many apples as you can. Apples contains lots of fibers that help to flush out toxins from you colon. You should buy organic apples at Wholefood. Dont buy apples at local supermarket. Supermarket apples contain pesticides that can toxify your body

-Eat oatmeal for breakfast. Oatmeal contains lots of fibers!

-Eat 2 cups of yogurt a day - yogurt boost ur immune system and contain microbiotic organisms that help your digestive system and control the acid/yeast

-Eat lots of green veggies (organic if possible)

-Stay away from coffee, sugar, carbohydrates, fatty and fried food

-Eat salmon and cantaloupe as much as possible

-Wash your face in morning and evening with gentle cleanser, use natural toner, and follow up with oil-free moisturizer

I use Neutrogena Stress control face scrub in the shower

Neutrogena astrigent after the shower.

Neutrogena Spot Treatment whenever needed.

That has worked for me after spending money with clean%26#039;n%26#039;clear, clearasil, and a similar proactiv product|||you need is a complete SYSTEM.

Why?

Because you can%26#039;t effectively fight body acne with topical facial treatment... you also need to fight it from inside.

That%26#039;s why I heartily recommend ClearPores: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickth鈥?/a> It consists of natural ingredients and works for a lot of people with severe acne problem.
