soaps or creams something??|||try first just washing every day morning and night with a neutrogena or other mild face soap , then if that doesnt help drink more water and try some zinc capsules (its good for the skin) and continue washing with mild acne specific cleansers, that should clear out your sking if not you can try sallyic acid (i think thats how its spelled) it takes off the topmost layer of skin slowly, and it really helps the natural glow come back if none of that works see a dermatologist
i hope these help|||No SCRUBS!!!!! They stratch your pores......no proactiv!!!! WORST THING FOR YOUR SKIN!!!!
Neutregena is the best product for you face!!!!

Just keep your skin on a routine, and don%26#039;t worry if acne doesn%26#039;t instantly fade away--the chemicals need time to work. A good routine is wash twice a day (more if exercising/ sweating heavily), use a toner once a day, and apply an SPF moisturizer in the mornings.|||Ive had acne for about 10 years! and its hard to deal with I know. Ive been on many many creams and Ive tried all different medications. My face becomes resistant to many things but I used Proavtive and it worked for a very long time. If your skin is really bad go to a dermatologist, it would be the best thing for you to do and it will get better, I promise! best of luck :)|||Use Dove beauty bar soap! I know they%26#039;re not medicated to treat acne, but they actually work! They%26#039;re just those plain white bar soaps that you use in the shower. Also, for cream/moisturizer, use Clean %26amp; Clear Dual Action Moisturizer! Works great!! and makes your skin feel so soft!
