Help please.. i am having breakouts.. what is a great acne treatment? or natural treatment..?

i cant even say that i have acne, its not really bad, its more like a mild case... i have benn using neutrogena face bar and neutrogena astringent.. sometimes it works and sometimes its back to normal with the breakouts..

i been thinking about trying something natural, something effective that doesn%26#039;t have so many harmful chemicals..

any suggestions??|||proactiv|||proactiv is good but the moment you stop using it you will break out again... i have found sometimes its not the soap but it may be something your eating or, where you work. Try being more concious of the stuff you put on your face. Lotions that will make your skin oily is no good, you also don%26#039;t want heavy makeups with lots of chemicals that are going to clog up your skin. Also make sure you are washing your bedsheets on a very normal basis all of these things can be contributors to acne. BUt as far as soaps i never really liked nuetrogena if you have the money try something that is just for your skin type like a clinique 3 step system. But if not i always liked biore. GOOD LUCKK. a good trick for gettin rid of acne is to put tooth paste or egg whites on your face and let it sit for a while and wash it off it tends to help dry up the oils and what not|||I use the clean %26amp; clear kit you can get at Walgreens or Target for $20. My face feels smooth and I rarely get even 1 pimple even at that time of the month!

Warning that it has menthol in it and sometimes it makes my eyes burn, but the result is usually worth the 10 minutes of annoyance|||Natural, here are the best remedies I know of:

Low-carb diet, like Atkins or Paleo.

Use organic Apple Cider vinegar. You can drink it (2-3 spoonfuls in a glass of water), or you can mix it in water (50:50 or less) and apply it as a toner/cleanser, or do both.|||it all would depend on your skin type. try www.skinid.com
