What's the best way to clear your skin without buying all those acne treatments?

I%26#039;ve tried a lot of the acne facial washes (ProActive, Clearasil, Neutragena, Clean and Clear, etc.) and none of them really did all that much. Everyone%26#039;s skin is different and there%26#039;s no such thing as perfect skin, i understand that, but what has worked for all of you?|||Many seriously go from one product to the next hoping this will be the one that finally works. It does not exist. And many harm and age skin and now we are learning are health harming also. It%26#039;s safer and better to go natural - that%26#039;s how I finally and permanently rid myself of all spots, pimples and all other conditions. Use an essential oil - there are some that have been used professionally by doctors, skin clinics, etc.to successfully treat and cure acne. They do not clog pores, and do not cause breakouts and actually neutralize excessively oily skin. (you can confirm with a Google search). And they are perfect moisturizers so you need no moisturizing products. Lavender, clove, rosewood and grape are excellent. I massaged skin very thoroughly and quite vigorously in places for 15 to 20 minutes daily and quite simply the massaging friction forced a new, clearer skin to emerge. Day by day skin became clearer and the spots simply faded away. First the blackheads went then the pimples then the rough dry skin and eventually all the spot scars - and skin has stayed totally blemish free., vibrantly healthy and radiant since. I am asked all the time. How do you get your perfect, clear skin.?

Try it you will be happy that you did.

SOURCE(S): 20 + years research, experimentation using safe, natural products to treat and cure skin conditions|||What to buy:

- a luffa sponge (you can find this at Fred Meyer)

- a bottle of Tea Tree Oil (this can be found at Target)

- cotton rounds or cloths to apply products

- a non- oil shower gel (preferrably something with %26quot;scrubbing beads%26quot;)

- clean and clear daily facial moisterising lotion (find this at any drug store)

1) When you do your daily shower, apply the shower gel to your face and scrub in a gentle circular motion with the luffa sponge (you can scrub more vigirously once your face becomes clearer)

2) COMEPLETELY rinse off your face and towel dry it

3) in the morning, apply clean and clear facial lotion to your face to ensure that your skin will sooth and not become extremely dry

4) at night, apply the tea tree oil to your face, diluted with water to the ratio of 50:50

If you have more delicate skin, you may need to use a different sponge besides the luffa, and dilute the tea tree oil more, but this process has worked WONDERS for me throughout the past years.

|||I acne problems starting when I was in high school. I had acne on my back that was embarrasing. I tried Proactiv, Murad, Zyporex, Oxycerin, and even the Asso Gold Cleaning Bar with limited results. I wound up contacting a dermatologist. After 5 months almost all of my acne cleared up. I suggest you try finding a dermatologist that can help. http://www.homeacnecare.com|||Sometimes all those acne treatment mixed together on your skin can cause it to irritate, cause more acne. I find that using simple cleansers like cetaphil without the harsh chemicals more beneficial to the skin.|||I have tried like every kind of acne treatment and nothing works.. i hate life.|||jus wash ur face every time with warm water and keep it clean .... it worked 4 me|||http://acnemiracle.weebly.com/|||The tricky part about acne is that the problem can

actually become worse if you overmedicate. That%26#039;s

because acne medication can overdry the skin, causing

a boost in your skin%26#039;s Sebum (oil) production. This

results in...you guessed it - more acne.

So what%26#039;s the long term solution? Find gentler

solutions or even natural acne cures that won%26#039;t

shock your body into more breakouts.

Here%26#039;s what I recommend...

Glycerin based facewash:

Glycerin is gentler and will balance the

pH levels in your skin.

Antibacterial Soap:

For body acne, try using an antibacterial soap

to slowly dry out the skin. If your skin gets too dry,

switch to a moisterizing soap like Dove to

counterbalance the effect.

Don%26#039;t Overwash:

Wash your face only 2 times a day max and gently

pat dry with a towel.

Moisterize:

Use a gentle face moisterizer if the glycerin based

face wash drys you out too much. I like using

Aveeno moisterizers personally.

Change Your Diet:

Eat almonds, fiber, drink lots of water and avoid

excess sugar intake. Food really does make a difference.

This is because the food you put into your body has a

direct effect on your Sebum (oil) production. By eating

the right foods, you%26#039;ll minimize oily skin, thereby

preventing breakouts.

Egg Whites:

If acne medication isn%26#039;t working or causing new breakouts,

try applying egg whites to the pimples at night before bed.

This natural remedy works by gently drying out the clogged

pores and clearing up the pimple.

Oatmeal Masks:

One of my favorite natural skin conditioners is wearing an

%26quot;oatmeal mask%26quot;. The oatmeal with smooth your skin while

simultaneously absorb toxins and oils from your pores.

Try this for a few days straight. Wear the oatmeal mask

for 10 minutes, then wash off. You%26#039;ll have a nice

glowing complexion right after.

Lemon Juice:

Lemon juice also dries up pimples and kills any bacteria

in the infection. The citric acid also balances your skin%26#039;s

pH levels to prevent future breakouts.

Honey:

Yes, despite your initial beliefs, honey is FANTASTIC for

skin care. Actually, you may notice on many moisterizers

that honey is an ingredient. Much like the lemon solution

above, honey balances the skins pH levels. Test out this

sticky remedy by dabbing pimples with honey and leaving it

on for 5-10 minutes. You can apply full honey masks to your

face but I prefer the oatmeal masks instead.

They%26#039;re less messy.
