I am taking 2 prescription topical meds for my acne. Will it affect my treatment if I use lotion?

I was just perscribed to take these 2 topical acne medications, one at night, one in the morning. The dermatologist never told me anything about lotion, but my skin is becoming very dry and I wonder if it would be ok to put on lotion. Will that affect my treatment at all? Thank you|||it should be fine, use a noncomodogenic oil free moisturizer which wont clog pores. apply it either before applying the topical medication or after the medication has dried.|||why dont you call the derm and ask!
